7. MOTIONS, ORDERS, AND RESOLUTIONS  
proposals including but not limited to the creation, construction, or use of a property  
for the purpose of a data center. The foregoing moratorium is imposed to allow the  
City time to undertake studies and obtain resident input on the infrastructure,  
environmental, health, and economic considerations data centers may have on the  
community. This moratorium will be effective upon, and will expire one year from,  
the date of the adoption of this order.
