Chair Sica called the meeting to order at 5:31 PM
Also in attendance was Council President Linehan, Compliance Officers Dave Morse and
Jim Tuxbury, and Assistant City Clerk Morgan Hunte and Bianca Stallworth of the City
Clerk's Office.

Minutes to be Approved
A motion was made by Councillor Simonelli, seconded by Councillor Condon,
that the Committee Minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous
vote.
Business
Chair Sica recused herself during discussion and voting on papers 218 through 223 and
242 through 251 Series of 2026. Council President Linehan sat in as the chair for this
portion of the meeting.
The Compliance Officers confirmed there were no issues with any of the following
petitions.
20 spaces (Renewal)
A motion was made by Councillor Simonelli, seconded by Councillor Condon,
that the Petition be recommended favorably to the City Council. The motion
carried by a unanimous vote.
