Chair Sica called the meeting to order at 5:37 PM.

Also in attendance was Jim Tuxbury, Dave Morse, Morgan Hunte, Christopher Mooney,

and Councillor Crowe.

A motion was made by Councillor Simonelli, seconded by Councillor Taylor, that

the Committee Minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.

Compliance Officers Morse and Tuxbury reported there were no issues with all properties as

presented by this evening's petitions.

Councillor Sica recused herself from discussion on Papers 5-26 and 6-26 as she is related to

the Rigano Family. Councillor Sica vacated the room and Councillor Taylor took over the

meeting during the discussion and vote on these two papers.
