Minutes to be Approved  
A motion was made by Councillor Condon, seconded by Councillor Taylor, that  
the Committee Minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.  
Business  
(Renewal)  
The Compliance Officers confirmed there were no issues with the lot at 225 Eastern  
Avenue.  
A motion was made by Councillor Colon Hayes, seconded by Councillor Condon,  
that the Petition be recommended favorably to the City Council. The motion  
carried by a unanimous vote.  
A motion was made by Councillor Condon, seconded by Councillor Taylor, that  
the Petition be recommended favorably to the City Council. The motion carried  
by a unanimous vote.  
Somerville (Renewal)  
A motion was made by Councillor Condon, seconded by Councillor Taylor, that  
the Petition be recommended favorably to the City Council. The motion carried  
by a unanimous vote.  
Old Business  
The License Committee will meet with the owner of AGM Auto Sales for an update to any  
changes that may have taken place due to the Planning Board public hearing on their special  
permit for 160 Eastern Avenue as well as compliance and parking arrangements. Committee  
will also discuss possible extension of the Class II license granted conditionally November 25,  
2025 and expiring March 31, 2026.  
Chair Sica reported the Planning Board didn't approve the amendment to the special  
permit for 160 Eastern Avenue therefore no change to the number of vehicles allowed for  
sale would be needed and that the Committee could extended the license to the end of  
the year. The Compliance Officers confirmed there were no issues with the lot.  
A motion was made by Councillor Condon, seconded by Councillor Colon  
Hayes, that the Petition be recommended favorably to the City Council to  
extend the 90-day license for the remainder of the calendar year expiring on  
December 31, 2026. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.  
The License Committee will meet to discuss the conditional Class II license granted to  
Maxima Auto Sales of 77 Broadway on December 16, 2025 and expiring March 31, 2026 to  
allow for the business to submit an updated plot to the Building Commissioner and a possible  
extension thereof.  
A motion was made by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Councillor Condon,  
that the Petition be recommended favorably to the City Council to extend the  
90-day license for the remainder of the calendar year expiring on December  
31, 2026 and to adjust the license to allow for 41 cars based on the updated  
plot plan on file in the City Clerk's Office. The motion carried by a unanimous  
vote.

A motion was made by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Councillor Condon, that  
the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
