Be it ordained that Chapter 12 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991relative to the lot size for all multi-family residential dwelling units.

Be it ordained that Chapter 12 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 as amended be further amended as follows:
- By striking out present requirements for Area (Sq. Ft.) in the following Sections:
- 400.1.2.2.2 Detached
- 400.1.2.2.3 Semi-Detached, Each Half
- 400.1.2.3 Dwelling, Three and Four Family
- 400.1.2.4 Dwelling, Town and Row
- 400.1.2.4.1 End Units
- 400.1.2.4.2 Middle Units
- 400.1.2.5 Dwelling, Multifamily up to three (3) stories inclusive
- 400.1.2.6 Dwelling, Multifamily more than three (3) stories but not exceeding six stories
- 400.1.2.7 Dwelling, Multifamily more than six (6) stories but not more than twelve (12) stories
- 400.1.2.8 Dwelling, Group
- 400.0.2.9 Rooming House
- And inserting in place thereof the following:
- 400.1.2.2.2 12,500
- 400.1.2.2.3 6,250
- 400.1.2.3 18,750
- 400.1.2.4 18,750
- 400.1.2.4.1 6,250
- 400.1.2.4.2 6,250
- 400.1.2.5 18,750

- - by deleting the following as appearing at the end of Section 400.1:
++ Provided that for subdivisions of 3 or more, a minimum of 12,000 square feet shall be required
+++Provided that for subdivisions of three or more, a minimum of 6,000 square feet shall be required.
- And inserting in place thereof the following
- ++ Provided that for subdivisions of 3 or more, a minimum of 15, 000 square feet shall be required
- +++Provided that for subdivisions of three or more, a minimum of 7,500 square feet shall be required.
