Title

Be it ordained by the Malden City Council that the Code of the City of Malden (MCC) 12.28.010(E) NONCONFORMING USES, LOTS, BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES is hereby amended as follows:

Body

Strike ‘and occupied for the same use’ and ‘by right’ from the first sentence.

Insert ‘the same use or’ after ‘altered only for’ and before ‘a use allowed’.

Strike in its entirety the second sentence that begins with ‘Change of use’ and ends with ‘extension or structural change’.
