Be it hereby ordained by the Malden City Council that Section 8.42 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 as amended be and the same are hereby further amended as follows:
-by striking out Section 8.42.4 as it presently exists and inserting in place thereof the following new Section 8.42.4
