Order: That the city amend deeds on certain parcels of land (High Rock) to restrict use to conservation purposes.
Body
Ordered: That the City Solicitor amend deeds for the following described parcels of land to restrict use of said land to the public for conservation purposes forever:
-Assessor's Parcel Identification number 146-620-002, containing approximately 278, 618 square feet, granted by deed of Keven M. Douglas and Steven J. Langston as Trustees of D&L Realty Trust III on September 29, 2011 and recorded at the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds Book 57649 Page 37;
-Assessor's Parcel Identification number 146-620-023, containing approximately 1424 square feet, granted by deed of Conrad Sawyer in 1917 for public park purposes in 1917;
-Assessor's Parcel Identification number 146-620-001, containing approximately 6915 square feet, taken by the City on May 31, 1929 for street purposes; and
-Assessor's Parcel Identification number 146-620-003, containing approximately 15,019 square feet, taken by the city for taxes ; and be it further
Ordered: That the Mayor be authorized to sign said amendments on behalf of the city.
