Resolved: That the City ask the Congressional delegation to communicate with the President relative to a moratorium on travel to the US from countries with ebola outbreaks.

Resolve: That the Malden City Council asks that our Massachusetts Congressional Delegation and Senators communicate to the President of the United States and the Director of Homeland Security that a moratorium be placed on all travel and persons coming into the United States from Countries with significant Ebola outbreaks until such time as the virus is nearly eradicated in those Countries and until we have put in place failsafe procedures to stop the virus from entering the United States borders.
