Amending Chapter 12 to create a new use residential use category, definition and use, dimensional and parking regulations for Dormitory

Be it hereby ordained by the Malden City Council that Chapter 12 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991, as amended, be and the same are hereby further amended as follows:
· To Amend Section 300 to establish a new residential use category, Dormitory, and use regulations
· To Amend Section 400 to establish dimensional controls for a new use category, Dormitory
· To Amend Section 500 to establish offstreet parking and loading requirements for a new use category, Dormitory
· To Amend Section 800.6.2 to add a definition for Dormitory
· To Amend Section 800.6.2.23 Definition of Dwelling, group: To delete the words: "educational" and "dormitories" and to insert the language: "Specifically excluding dormitories.
· To Amend Section 800 Definition of Rooming House: To exclude dormitories
