Ordered: That the Mayor be authorized to execute the option to extend contained in a lease with GAMA Realty Holdings LLC, dated August 24, 2012, for property at 1 Salem St., in accordance with terms outlined therein;  and be it further

Ordered: That the City Solicitor provide timely written notice to all parties in interest of the City's intention to exercise the option to extend said lease.
