Resolve: That any fees or charges for a citywide sticker parking program be prohibited.

Resolved: That it is the sense of the City Council that any order, resolve, ordinance and/or action by the Malden City Council, the Mayor and/or any other departments related to any type of sticker parking system, program, policy, procedure and/or activity shall not charge, tax, fee, or encumber financially in anyway, any resident of Malden to have to pay and/or be taxed, surcharged for said parking and/or sticker parking. Further, that any sticker parking for any duly certified resident of the city of Malden be provided free of charge.
