Committee Report: The Standing Committee on Rules and Ordinance to whom was referred Papers 389 and 402 Series of 2024, having considered the same make the following report: Committee recommends Paper 389 out favorably as amended and Paper 402 out favorably with no amendments. Both recommendations were by unanimous vote of the committee.
