Ordered: That the Rules and Orders of the City Council be amended by adding the following new rules and that remaining rules be renumbered accordingly:
III D
5. Executive Session
44.00 Attendance at Executive Session shall be limited to the following:
1. members of the Council;
2. the City Clerk, Clerk of Committees or some other person designated to keep a record of the proceedings; and
3. a person or persons requested by the Council to provide information relative to the topic under discussion; provided that any such person shall be dismissed from the Executive Session prior to any deliberation or vote by the Council.
 
44.01      This rule may be suspended by unanimous vote of the Council.
