Order: That the Mayor be authorized to execute a confirmatory Order of Taking on certain parcels of land for disposition for redevelopment and re-connection of Pleasant St.

ORDERED: That the Mayor of the City be authorized to execute, on behalf of the City, a Confirmatory Order of Taking under which the City would acquire certain parcels of lands, together with the improvements thereon, located on the Plan attached hereto (the “Property”) by eminent domain for the purpose of disposition for redevelopment purposes and re-connection of a public way and further subject to the acquisition and exception of certain rights and benefits set forth in the Order of Taking. Such Confirmatory Order of Taking shall be substantially in the form as presented to the Council at its meeting on November 1, 2016.
