Committee Report: Finance (379-15 That the City amortize snow and ice removal costs over multiple years)

Body

The Standing Committee on Finance, to whom was referred Paper #379 Series of 2015, having considered the same make the following report: Committee recommends that this paper be reported out favorably with the following amendment:

That schedule as presented be stricken and the following inserted in place thereof: FY2016                                       up to $   635,000.00

FY2017                                       up to $   635,000.00

FY2018                                up to $   630,000.00;

Provided that any reimbursements or assistance received from the state or federal governments on account of FY2015 storms, any increases in unrestricted local aid and any Free Cash in excess of $1,000,000 of the fund balance as of June 30, 2015 be immediately applied to reduce the deficit in advance of the schedule herein adopted.
