Title: Ordinance Committee Report: #196-13 (That the Ordinance Committee meet with representative of the Police Department to review ordinances relative to second hand dealers and pawnbrokers) The Standing Committee on Ordinance, to whom was referred Paper #196 Series of 2013 having considered the same make the following report: Committee recommends that Section 6.24.5 be stricken and the following inserted in place thereof: .5 Every Second Hand Dealer shall retain purchases on the licensed premises for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
