ORDERED: That the City Clerk notify and warn the inhabitants of the City of Malden who are qualified to vote in the State Election to vote at their respective wards and precincts on TUESDAY, THE FIFTH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2024 from 7:00 A.M. This proposed law would eliminate the requirement that a student pass the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) tests (or other statewide or district-wide assessments) in mathematics, science and technology, and English in order to receive a high school diploma.
