Amending Chapter 12 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 to reflect current practice and protocol.

Be it hereby ordained by the Malden City Council that Chapter 12 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 as amended be and the same is hereby further amended as follows:
- by amending Section 800.4.8 by deleting the first sentence in its entirety and inserting the following therefor:
The Planning Board may submit recommendations on matters before the Board of Appeal.
-by deleting Section 800.4.9 and Section 800.5.2 in their entirety.
(Purpose: To amend zoning ordinance to reflect current protocol and practice.)
