Be it hereby ordained that Section 500 of Chapter 12 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 be amended as follows:
--by striking out the present requirements for Minimum Number of Parking Spaces in the following sections:
Section 500.1.2.1 Dwelling single-family
Section 500.1.2.1.1 Dwelling, single family with two kitchens
Section 500.1.2.2 Dwelling two family
Section 500.1.2.3 Dwelling three and four family
Section 500.1.2.4 Dwelling town or row house
Section 500.1.2.5 Dwelling multifamily
and inserting in place the following language: “1 per bedroom”
-by adding to 500.1.2 Residential Uses a footnote as follows:
+For all residential uses, one parking space will be required for studio dwelling units.
