Dear Members of the Council:
Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Section 12, I hereby appoint Michael Steene of 25 Erickson Street Malden, Massachusetts, as the builder/architect member of the Zoning Board of Appeal, said term to commence upon confirmation by the City Council, and to expire March 1, 2019. Michael will fulfill the unexpired term of Virginie Nogara who recently resigned due to moving out of the City.
A builder, Michael has worked as a Construction Supervisor on many projects including mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects. I believe he will bring an important perspective to the Board of Appeal.
