Be it hereby ordained by the Malden City Council that the Revised Ordinances of 1991 as amended be and the same are hereby further amended as follows:

-by striking out Section 8.41 as it currently exists and inserting in place thereof the following:

SECTION 8.41      SCHOOL COMMITTEE SALARY PLAN

School Committee members, including the Northeast Regional Vocational School Committee member, shall receive compensation in the amount of  $300.00 for attendance at a regularly scheduled School Committee meeting, provided that annual compensation to an individual member shall not exceed $3500.00.
