Be it hereby Ordained that Chapter 12 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 be amended as follows:
-by striking out “6,000+” as appearing under the Column captioned “Area (Sq. Ft.) in Section 400.1.2.1 and inserting in place thereof “7,500+)
-by striking out the words “+Provided that for subdivisions of three or more, a minimum of 7,000 square feet shall be required” and inserting in place thereof “+ Provided that for subdivisions of three or more, a minimum of 8,750 square feet shall be required.”.
