Resolve That the City of Malden adopts the provision of Massachusetts State Building Code, 780 CMR IB Section 109 and 780 CMR IRC Section R108, relating to total construction cost, including all related construction costs in excess of the initial construction cost estimate as set forth on the original permit application relating to commercial construction.
