Order: That the MRA be authorized to act on behalf of the City to obtain variances and subdivision of property at 341 Forest St.

Ordered: That, in accordance with the provisions of the Land Disposition Agreement for 341 Forest St. and the Special Permit granted by the Planning Board in Case #15-01 and filed with the City Clerk's Office on February 25, 2015, the City obtain necessary variances and reconfigure lot lines at 341 Forest ad 74 Sylvan St. in the manner described in said decision; and be it further
Ordered: That the Malden Redevelopment Authority be directed and designated to act as the authorized representative of the City to file applications, appear at public hearings, file necessary documents and to take any and all additional actions as may be required to effectuate said variance and subdivision.
