Order: That the City of Malden submit to the Massachusetts Legislature for passage in substantially the following form: An Act relative to Exemption from the provisions of the Massachusetts Teachers Retirement System.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and the authority of the same, as follows:
I am requesting that Barbara O’Brien become principal of the Beebe School for the 2018-2019 school year. That she be exempt from the provisions of Massachusetts Teachers Retirement System and be paid a full salary commensurate with other Malden Public School Principals.
