Ordinance Committee Report: Paper #450/13
The Standing Committee on Ordinance to whom was referred Paper #450 Series of 2013 having considered the same make the following report: Committee recommends that this paper be reported out favorably with the following amendment: that everything after the enacting clause be stricken and the following inserted in place thereof:
-by adding to Section 800.6.2.23 Definition of Dwelling, Single Family the following second sentence:
" Two (2) kitchens are prohibited in the one dwelling unit in a single family dwelling."
-by adding to Section 800.6.2.28 Definition of Dwelling, Two Family the following second sentence:
" Two (2) kitchens are prohibited in either or both of the two (2) dwelling units in a two family dwelling."
