The Standing Committee on Rules and Ordinance to whom was referred paper number 367-22, having considered the same, and given that this paper was reviewed and approved by the Building Inspector as requested by Committee, make the following report that the Committee recommends this paper be reported out favorably to the Full City Council as amended by taking out the word "stored" and replacing it with "placed".
