Resolve: That the City establish a Capital Improvement Program

Resolved: That it is the sense of the City Council that the city establish a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to serve the following purposes:
1. to identify capital projects,
2. to identify costs, ways, means and financing options of each capital project, and
3. to identify timetables and/or schedules regarding capital project implementation;.
And be it further Resolved: That Capital Projects may include but not be limited to municipal real assets such as city hall, school buildings, fire stations, police stations, libraries, streets, and/or other real estate holdings or properties. Said CIP shall be audited on an annual basis.
