The Standing Committee on Rules & Ordinance to whom was referred Paper #124 Series of 2018, having considered the same make the following report: Committee recommends this paper be reported out favorably to the full Council with the following amendments:
1) Changing proposed amendment from "SPR" to "SP" in Section 300.3.4.7 (Nursing or Convalescent Home) for Central Business District (BC)
2) Keeping Section 300.3.4.12 (Restaurant (other/not fast food) the same and not amend "SP" to "Yes" for Highway Business, Idustrial 1 and 2 Districts (BH, I1 & I2) - (Keep as "SP")
3) Keeping Section 300.3.4.13.1 and 300.3.4.13.2 the same and not amend 5,000 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. (Keep as 5,000 sq. ft.)
4) Changing proposed amendment from "SPR" to "SP" in Section 300.3.5.8 (Research and Development) for Central Business District (BC)
5) Changing proposed amendment from "SPR" to "SP" in Section 300.3.5.10 (Light Manufacturing) for Central Business District (BC)
6) Changing proposed amendment from "Yes" to "SP" in Section 300.3.6.4 (Artist Live/Work Space) for Industrial 1 and 2 (I1 & I2)
