Resolve: That it is the sense of the City Council that janitors and cafeteria workers who are currently employed by the city and who are employees in good standing not have their jobs privatized in any upcoming budgets. That if the city needs to restructure in this fashion that it only do so over time through natural attrition or collective bargaining not through forced lay-offs.
