ORDERED:                     That $449,000 in funds available in the expendable trust be appropriated and allocated in the following manner:

1.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the Ward 1 Development Mitigation Account

2.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the Ward 2 Development Mitigation Account

3.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the Ward 3 Development Mitigation Account

4.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the Ward 4 Development Mitigation Account

5.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the Ward 5 Development Mitigation Account

6.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the Ward 6 Development Mitigation Account

7.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the Ward 7 Development Mitigation Account

8.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the Ward 8 Development Mitigation Account

9.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the At Large 1 Development Mitigation Account

10.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the At Large 2 Development Mitigation Account

11.                                          $20,409.09 be appropriated into the At Large 3 Development Mitigation Account

12.                                          $224,500.00 be appropriated into the City Development Mitigation Account for the purchase and installation of parking meters throughout the City.

And be it further Ordered:                     That a revolving fund be established pursuant to MGL Chapter 44 Section 53E ½ to be limited to the sum of funds collected from the parking meters. Expenditure of funds shall be limited to normal and customary expenses associated with the operation of the parking meter program and other parking related expenses.
