Dear Members of the Council:

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 10, Section 58, I hereby appoint Debra Wallis, 15 Watts Street, Malden, Massachusetts, as a member of the Cultural Council, said term to expire October 1, 2018.

Debra has a strong background in painting, art education and works for an architecture and design firm that has strong ties to the Boston art scene. I believe her experience and her desire to promote the arts in Malden will prove to be an asset to the Cultural Council.
