Committee Report: The Standing Committee on Rules and Ordinance to whom was referred Paper 135 of Series 2023, having considered the same, make the following report that the paper be recommended out favorably, as amended, to the Full City Council.

Proposed amended language: The trustees shall act as the City’s primary advisor on affordable housing policy, under the guidance of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD). In this capacity, they will create an affordable housing trust fund action plan, to include goals around affordable housing development, preservation, acquisition, and housing stability. Such plan shall be updated at least every five years, and will guide city officers, agencies, boards, commissions, and other city entities related to affordable housing policy.
