Ordered: That the Rules and Orders of the Malden City Council be amended as follows:
-by adding to Rules 37 (Limitations on Motions for Reconsideration) the following new section:
37.03 No vote taken by a Committee to make a recommendation to the full Council shall be reconsidered.
