Be it hereby Ordained by the Malden City Council that Section 3.2 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 as amended be and the same are hereby further amended as follows:
- By striking out Section .3.2.7 as it currently exists and inserting in place thereof a new section as follows:
.7 Demolition of Structure (except when ordered by the Building Department):
Commercial structure: $20.00 per $1,000.00 of estimated cost of demolition
Residential structure: $13.00 per $1,000.00 of estimated cost of demolition
