ORDERED: That, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 79, the City of Malden hereby awards damages in the amount of $2300.00 to the owner of 452 Pleasant St. in consideration of a temporary easement taken on 275 square feet of land for the purpose of making infrastructure improvements under Mass DOT Safe Route to School Project Number 607447; said award of damages is based on an appraisal by Gregory C. Story (MA Gen Cert #1251) and a review appraisal by Philip Murphy (MA Gen Cert #4006), both conducted on behalf of the City of Malden.
