Title

Be it ordained that Section 500.2.20 of R.O. 1991 be amended relative to open space requirements for certain residential uses.

Body

Be it ordained by the Malden City Council that Section 500.2.20 of Chapter 12 be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

-by striking out Section 500.2.20 as it currently exists and inserting in place thereof the following new Section 500.2.20:

Section 500.2.20                     Front yards, side yards and rear yards:  A minimum of 50% of the front yards, side yards and rear yards of single, two, three and four family and town/row residential uses  shall be devoted to a lawn and/or landscaping area (not paving).
