Be it ordained that Section 10.12 of R.O. 1991 be amended relative to parking restrictions on private ways.

Be it hereby ordained by the Malden City Council that Section 10.12 D of R.O. 1991, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended as follows:
-by adding, at the end of the first sentence, the following new phrase “…or in the manner provided in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40 Section 21D by a fine of $50.00 for each 24 hours during which a violation exists; provided that a warning shall be provided for the first offense.
