The Standing Committee on Ordinance having considered adoption of Rules for 2014 make the following report: Committee recommends that the 2013 rules be adopted with the following amendment:
That Rule 10.01 be amended to read as follows:
The Council shall annually chose as President the most tenured member who has not yet served as President and is willing to do so, (“tenured” meaning the number of years served on the Council and not necessarily consecutive), and may serve no more than one year.”
