Dear Members of the Council:
Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 10, Section 58, I hereby appoint Avlot Quessa, 84 Rutland Street, Malden, Massachusetts, as a member of the Cultural Council, said term to expire September 18, 2018.
Avlot, in his capacity as a Multicultural Affairs and Patient Services Director for Cambridge Health Alliance has spent his career building partnerships with diverse customers and stakeholders. His ability to communicate with various cultures along with his grant writing experience will greatly aid in furthering the Cultural Council’s goals.
