John will replace Nick Pernice, who has recently relocated out of the City. John, a lifelong Malden resident, has extensive experience in the transportation industry managing large scale parking operations, along with working with DCR and local authorities on traffic patterns and plans. John is enthusiastic about the Commercial Street Corridor development and is also an active participant in the Malden community.
