Dear Members of the Council:

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 41, Section 81A, I hereby appoint Eric MacCuish, 101 Hill Street, Malden, Massachusetts, as a member of the Planning Board, said term to commence upon his confirmation by the City Council, and to expire March 1, 2016. Eric will fill the unexpired term of Michael Cipriano, who resigned due to relocating out of the City.

Eric comes to the Commission with the unique perspective of a business owner and with a strong commitment to improving Malden through active civic participation as a Trustee of the Davenport Estate, a member of Kiwanis, Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks, and various youth sports programs. His experience and balanced perspective will be an asset to the Planning Board.
