Amending Section 9.36 relative to recreational vehicles

Be it hereby ordained by the Malden City Council that Section 9.36 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 as amended be and the same are hereby further amended as follows:
-by striking out the second paragraph of subsection C and inserting in place thereof a new paragraph as follows:
No property owner shall permit any recreational vehicle, whether or not registration is required, to be parked or stored on any residential property, unless said vehicle is parked in a side or rear yard and presence of the vehicle does not unduly burden the availability of on-street parking.
