Dear Members of the Council:

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 40, Section 8C, I hereby appoint Victoria Parsons, 37 Medford St., Malden, MA as a member of the Conservation Commission, said term to commence upon her confirmation by the City Council, and to expire on May 3, 2018. Victoria will replace Michelle Doherty who retired.

Victoria’s degrees and certifications in environmental studies and sustainable development along with her many years of experience in municipal and governmental planning, permitting, and public policy in both indoor and outdoor environments make her a perfect candidate for this Commission. I think Victoria will be a great addition to the Conservation Commission.
