The Standing Committee on Rules & Ordinance to whom was referred Paper #125 Series of 2018, having considered the same, make the following report: Committee recommends that this paper be reported out favorably to the Council with the following amendment:
That Section 5.2 of Chapter 5 of the R.O of 1991 be amended by adding “ “ to the end of the ordinance.
