Order: That the Treasurer be authorized to borrow $600,000 to pay the costs of constructing municipal outdoor recreational and athletic facilities.

Body

Ordered: that the sum of $600,000 is appropriated to pay costs of constructing municipal outdoor recreational and athletic facilities, including the development of land and the construction and reconstruction of facilities and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7(25) of the General Laws, or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
