Committee Report: License (re: Paper #486MM/13 - Class II Dealer: Auto Wholesalers of New England, Inc. 497 Broadway)
The Standing Committee on License to whom was referred Paper #486MM Series of 2013 having considered the same make the following report: Committee recommends that this license be granted with the following conditions:
1. That no more than 15 vehicles be stored on the lot and no more than 3 inside the building, in compliance with the approved plot plan;
2. That the 3 vehicles inside be removed in the evening;
3. That an application for sign design review be submitted within 10 business days; provided that a temporary banner may be placed on the property in accordance with the sign design ordinance;
4. That the applicant maintain the required surety bond;
5. That dealer plates be applied for and/or obtained within 60 days;
6. That the lot be lined and numbered in accordance with the approved plot plan by June 15, 2014
7. That no vehicles associated with the business be parked on street;
8. That an occupancy permit be obtained within 90 days;
9. That no vehicles other than the 15 for sale and 3 for customer/employee parking be stored on the lot;
10. That the license be subject to review and revocation, if all conditions are not met, in 90 days.
