Dear Members of the Council:
Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 10, Section 58, I hereby appoint Annie Latham, 19 Glen Rock Avenue, Malden, Massachusetts, as a member of the Cultural Council, said term to expire September 18, 2018.
Annie, a lifelong Malden resident, is passionate about how the arts shape and celebrate a community, as well as improve understanding across cultural and socioeconomic boundaries. With a background in non-profit management, Annie understands the grant writing process and I believe she will be a great addition to the Cultural Council.
