ORDER: That legal fees for tax collection be limited to $1500.00

ORDERED: That under no circumstances will counsel for the city performing tax collection functions spend more than $1,500.00 in legal fees to collect unpaid real estate taxes. If and when it is likely that more than $1,500 in legal fees will be incurred, then a letter will be sent to the Finance Chair explaining the reason why further legal action is necessary.
